Shipping & Returns

South Africa: Complimentary standard shipping on orders over R800. Orders under R800 incur a flat R95 fee via The Courier Guy or Pargo. Delivery in 2–4 business days.

Africa (rest of continent): Flat rate R350 via DHL Express. Delivery in 5–8 business days.

Europe & UK: Flat rate R750 via DHL Express. Delivery in 6–10 business days.

Middle East: Flat rate R650 via Aramex. Delivery in 5–8 business days.

Rest of World: Flat rate R850 via DHL Express or FedEx. Delivery in 8–14 business days.

All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces have a longer dispatch window which is clearly noted at checkout. Duties and import taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To initiate a return, email hello@odeya.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid return shipping label for South African orders. International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: Sale items, made-to-order pieces, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
