South African orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 2–4 additional days via The Courier Guy or Pargo. International orders take 5–10 business days depending on destination.
Do you ship to my country?+
We ship worldwide. Duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?+
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Sale items are final sale.
How do I initiate a return?+
Email hello@odeya.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Can I exchange for a different size?+
Yes, we're happy to exchange sizes subject to availability. Contact us and we'll hold your replacement size while your return is in transit.
Products & Care
Are your fabrics certified organic?+
Yes. We use GOTS-certified organic cotton, certified Belgian linen, and deadstock silks. Certification details are available on request.
How do I care for linen?+
Machine wash on a gentle cold cycle, or hand wash. Line dry in shade. Iron whilst slightly damp. Linen softens and improves with every wash.
Are pieces made to order?+
Most of our collection is made in small batches of under 50 pieces. Some styles are made to order — these are clearly marked with a longer dispatch window.
Sizing
How do your pieces fit?+
Most Odeya pieces are designed with a relaxed, easy fit. We recommend sizing down if you prefer a more fitted silhouette. Detailed measurements are on our Size Guide page.
Can I request a custom size?+
We offer custom sizing on selected styles for a small additional charge. Contact us before placing your order to discuss.
