We think about this often at Odeya. The fashion industry moves at a pace that is frankly incompatible with quality. Trends cycle faster than the cotton can be grown. Collections appear and vanish before anyone has had time to really look at them.
We have chosen a different relationship with time. We make fewer pieces. We take longer to make them. We price them accordingly — not to be exclusive, but because honest pricing is what allows us to pay fair wages, use premium materials, and make things that last.
